I would like to introduce Bronx.
He is the third guide dog puppy that I have raised and he will be graduating as a guide dog next month. I am excited that he will be making it as a guide. It is a bittersweet time. Since we moved to the coast I had to give up raising puppies for guide dogs so he is the last.
Other than raising my kids this has been one of the most rewarding things that I have ever done. I hope he does well and loves his new partner as much as we loved him.

  2. How lucky you are to have touched so many lives with your skills (and puppies) What a sweet dog.

  3. That is such a wonderful thing you have done. I'm sure it is heartbreaking to let him go but you must be so proud that he will be of service to someone in need. I'm always amazed when I see service dogs - they are so disciplined and I know that does not come easily.

  4. I admire this so much. I can only imagine the mixture of joy and sadness that Bronx's graduation shall bring. Your selfless act of training Bronx coupled with the life altering gift that you will be giving to the person who will be partnered with him, are beyond measure. Your goodness is inspiring. xo

  6. Awwwwwwwwwwww! He's adorable, and I'm fighting back the tears as I know you must do off and on each day! It's kind of like sending a child off to college or down the aisle, huh?
    Take care Connie!
