I visited Jacquie's blog Tallgrass Prairie Studio last night and read her post about Iraqi Bundles of Love. This is a cool way to share your fabric, yarn, sewing notions with someone in Iraq. You can read more about the program on Kristin LaFlammes blog or her husband's blog . I thought this was a nice way to help so I am going to put together a box of goodies and bundle them up and send them on their way. I sent off a note last night for the address and received a reply promptly.If you feel so inclined please take a look at the blogs and send along a bit of love. As we all know bundles of fabric are a wonderful thing. This is a short term project so get your goodies off by September 7th.
